    Description

    This is a very vintage kit for the Piper Cub Super Cruiser from approximately late 1940's or early 1950's. The kit is by Capitol Model Aircraft Co., Brooklyn, NY. The all-wood kit builds up to a 84" wingspan model which is 1:5 scale. As the pictures show the kit has not been removed from the box as originally packed. The kit includes NEW Reproduction plans. The main kit decals are in fair condition, the Piper stripe decals are fair to poor condition, the small decals are fair to poor condition. The kit appears to be complete as checked against the plans. The rubber main gear wheels are aged, but there. The tailwheel is missing.  The kit also includes a rare, hard to find Piper Aircraft brochure from this era.
